2. Definitions
- Ghosty Application – a mobile application provided by the Provider, used for receiving redirected calls, creating summaries, and optionally recording and transcribing calls.
- User – a natural or legal person who downloads and uses the application.
- Summary – a text message generated by the AI assistant containing a recap of a phone call.
- Subscription – a weekly recurring payment for using the service through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
3. Contract Formation and Order Process
- The contract between the User and the Provider is concluded at the moment the User confirms the subscription order in the App Store or Google Play.
- Before confirmation, the User has the option to check and, if necessary, correct the entered data.
- The contract is concluded in the Czech language. The Provider does not archive the contract text; however, the terms are always available in the application.
- Information about the price, features, and duration of the subscription is clearly stated on the subscription page in the application as well as in the App Store/Google Play environment.
4. Service Nature
- The service is an OTT (over-the-top) service, not an electronic communications service.
- The User sets up call forwarding with their mobile operator to the service number.
- The AI assistant answers the call, informs the caller that it is an AI, determines the purpose of the call, and creates a Summary.
