3. Contract Formation and Order Process

  1. The contract between the User and the Provider is concluded at the moment the User confirms the subscription order in the App Store or Google Play.
  2. Before confirmation, the User has the option to check and, if necessary, correct the entered data.
  3. The contract is concluded in the Czech language. The Provider does not archive the contract text; however, the terms are always available in the application.
  4. Information about the price, features, and duration of the subscription is clearly stated on the subscription page in the application as well as in the App Store/Google Play environment.

4. Service Nature

  1. The service is an OTT (over-the-top) service, not an electronic communications service.
  2. The User sets up call forwarding with their mobile operator to the service number.
  3. The AI assistant answers the call, informs the caller that it is an AI, determines the purpose of the call, and creates a Summary.
